What we collect and why

We collect the contact details and answers you submit in the form. We use them to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange a call. We need this information to be able to reply to you.

Our legal basis is taking steps you request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives it

Meta, with which we share limited information about your visit and your enquiry through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising (privacy policy); Cal.com, if you book a call (privacy policy); and service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting and email. Some of them may process data outside your country; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, and you can contact us for details.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to its use. Write to info@ace-media.it. You may also complain to the Data Protection Authority of the Republic of San Marino (garanteprivacy.sm) or to the authority where you live or work.
